    My book is devoted to "hard cases" for people whose smoking has become part of life, and stop smoking for short period, maximum one or two days. In spite of the various techniques and methods, and then they take a cigarette again. I will teach you how to live without cigarettes. You have started to life without cigarettes, once you have come to my site, after a nine-day course you will never start smoking again. The book does not describe any fantastic ways. Everything is built on a set of lowering syndrome addiction and awareness of man's condition and the future together with a cigarette, you still do not understand how to change your life when you picked up a cigarette, it does not matter why, how and when you just take it one day - curiosity or other reasons. The course lasts for nine days, the days that you will soon forget, but what you know and learn during these days will be with you throughout your life. You will breathe clean air, smell, and not justified by the expressions –«I like to smoke», of course, you like it, a drug, so called drug that its use brings the "fun". Try to tell your friends that you are a smoker, maximum. What you will see a surprise, but try to say that you are a drug addict? At least they will be in a state of shock and the mass of negative emotions.
But you can do it and prove it neither relatives or friends, and yourself that you can you leave a cigarette, and you can do everything in your life!

Even if you can not imagine your life without a cigarette you can believe your case is not so critical and you can stop smoking with help of my course. I’ve stopped smoking, and I’ve smoked every day about three packs of cigarettes. Can you imagine how strong I had an addiction, but I could and now I can not say that it was very hard, most likely I had to learn to understand myself, my desires and learn to manage them. Now I'm breathing deeply and smiling that I was smoking at all. The fact was that I wanted to stop smoking and did that, happily living and I help you to do it as well!

On the ninth living with a cigarette it has become insufficient two packs of cigarettes a day for me and I was smoking about three. The enemy is defeated, and I realized that to sleep, I must smoke about four cigarettes while asleep. If I have no one a cigarette at the night, I went outside in any weather and searching for an open shop where I could buy a pack of cigarettes. I could not live without it! I do not need anything, I want to smoke and fill the lungs with smoke that was my happiness.

But now I'm free, I can go on a river with a tent and I know that I will not have to go back to cigarettes if they suddenly would be insufficient at a long distance.

Now I just do not need any cigarettes! I got rid of the terrible that chains and fettered me and influenced my whole life. What can smoker do? Take a bus for several hours, watch a movie in the cinema, and stay indoors for several hours? Alas, even such simple things as quietly working in the office too much for him, his thoughts and feelings are occupied by one – go on the streets and smoke, smoke and relax - that's the meaning of life. While smoking a cigarette, he quietly thinks and can think of to get a moral and Physical satisfaction.

Many of my attempts of stop smoking in failure. Now I have not found a way that helped me. Alas, I did not know about the existence of authors who have made a revolution in the world of smoking, but I did not know that, and went my own way to solve the problem which kills millions.

When my first version of the book was released it was text file is distributed free of charge. Some time later I began to receive reviews, mixed reviews. Many complained about the complexity of the perception of the book, a long way and the difficulty of their results. Different types of addictions were not given the universality of the book. Other reviews were less categorical. There were a lot of thanks. Of course I was pleased positive reviews and I’m glad to be the author of something hard and responsibly. But I have a fear how I’m perceived and book will help to the people and I had hoped for? By now the book has proved. I say frankly I did not expect the result is now, I hoped that the book will help at least someone at least a few people and totally did not expect the result measured in thousands of former smokers. That's when I realized that despite the criticism I need to work on and try to improve the program, make it universal, to convey my thoughts to readers, not the lines of advice and recommendations, but the images I created.

So there were four of the heroes. They are almost different but they have one thing they want to stop smoking, they have different reasons for this. Someone wants to stop himself, someone is pushed by circumstance. They come from different stratum of society, are totally different life styles, they have different functions, and through these characters, I said those thoughts and feelings that can confront you. It's hard to guess what lifestyle is your, one or thousands of my readers. Therefore, I specially created their characters so different that you could choose one of them, which is more suited to your feelings and others will be chosen to complement the image of their emotions and problems that you may have to face. You will easily understand themselves and their feelings, and sensations in their example. Every day spent with them, will be another small victory, and after nine days, you're ready to continue life without a daily dose of nicotine, without fearing for yourself in the future. No, you do not need to stop and change something; my heroes teach and prepare you so that I'll be quite relaxed about your future.

Dependence will not end very fast. There is not instantaneous. I'm not suggesting what that magical ways to encode or hypnosis (by the way I was never able to hypnotize) all the most ordinary way, but with my help. That's it! I will suggest how easily survive the critical nine days of what awaits you after three months, as difficult and just really.

 Perhaps you are afraid of recurrence? I would like to reassure you - my book is helping rather than just stops smoking and not start smoking again. You do not have to fear stress, emotional upsets, after that break 90% drop in the first few months. People with whom I worked, can survive the most terrible trouble, from which, alas, no one is safe and understand, even in difficult moments, which lighting a cigarette, make you only much worse. If you stop smoking - you will live in a world of flavors, taste, health and self-confidence and your future. No matter considering the frightening signs and pictures on cigarette packs. What is the meaning of warning notices, if you can not imagine - as to live without cigarettes! Believe in yourself; do not be afraid that you will not miss cigarettes. I promise you - you're not happy, but happy to have stop smoking.

If the book will help more than 50% of cases, then maybe I'll open the office in Kiev and will help smokers to get rid of this addiction, and yet you can chat with me and thousands of people who want to stop smoking on my site. The main requirement: you really must want to stop smoking, understand that the die and cigarette changed your life, you need to do something today, tomorrow it differently illness or even death.
